INTERNATIONAL PROJECTION MAPPING COMPETITION                                                           

We are happy to announce an international projection mapping competition as part of the Image Festival which will take place on the 16th, 17th and 18th September 2021.     We are inviting visual artists from across the globe to apply before 16 July 2021 ! 

This   competition   is   open   to   established   and  emerging  artists  working  in  the  fields  of  cinema,  audio-visual  media,  and  visual,  graphic and digital arts. The  submissions  must  be  adapted  to  the  architecture of the north facade of the Place des Vosges in Épinal. 

Public screenings will take place on the 16th, 17th et 18th September 2021. 

Applicants are invited to register in one of thefollowing two categories:

• Experienced Artists
• New Talents

The   winner   of   the   Experienced   Artists   category will receive the Grand Prize, which includes  a  €5,000 artistic  commission  as  part of the 2021 Image Festival for which he will be a guest artist. 

The  winner  of  the  New  Talents  category  will   receive   the   €500   New   Talent   Awardand  will  be  selected  to  participate  in  the  «Emergence»  Workshop  organised  by  the  City of Epinal.

This   year,   in   the   Experienced   Artists   category,  original  works  must  relate  to  the theme of « The trip ». Works in the New Talents category must focus on the theme of «Time Travel». Members  of  the  jury  will  pay  particular  attention   to   the interpretation   of   this   notion by the candidate.As  part  of the Image Festival which will take place on the 16th, 17th and 18th September 2021.

การแข่งขันประกวดออกแบบสื่อภาพฉายนานาชาติ 

เรามีความยินดีประกาศการแข่งขันประกวดออกแบบสื่อภาพฉายนานาชาติ ส่วนหนึ่งของงานเทศกาลรูปภาพ (Image Festival) ที่จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 16-18 กันยายน 2564 นี้ ขอเชิญชวนศิลปินสาขาทัศนศิลป์ทั้งมืออาชีพและมือสมัครเล่นทั่วโลกส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดการออกแบบสื่อภาพฉาย ภายในวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2564 !

การแข่งขันนี้เปิดกว้างสำหรับศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียงและศิลปินหน้าใหม่ ที่ทำงานในสาขาภาพยนตร์ สื่อโสตทัศน์ กราฟฟิกและดิจิทัลอาร์ต โดยผลงานที่จะส่งต้องปรับให้เข้ากับสถาปัตยกรรมพื้นที่ด้านหน้าทิศเหนือของตัวอาคารใน Place des Vosges เมือง Épinal (รายละเอียดในใบสมัครด้านล่าง)

จัดแสดงต่อสาธารณะในวันที่ 16-18 กันยายน 2564 

ผู้สมัครมี 2 ประเภท:

• ศิลปินที่มีประสบการณ์ (Experienced Artists)
• ศิลปินหน้าใหม่ (New Talents)

ผู้ชนะในประเภท ศิลปินที่มีประสบการณ์ จะได้รับรางวัล Grand Prize ซึ่งรวมมูลค่ากว่า 5,000€ และจะได้ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน Image Festival 2021 ในฐานะศิลปินรับเชิญ

ผู้ชนะประเภท ศิลปินหน้าใหม่ จะได้รับรางวัล 500€ และจะได้รับเลือกให้เข้าร่วมเวิร์กชอป «Emergence» ซึ่งจัดโดย City of Epinal 

หัวข้อการประกวดปีนี้ ประเภทการแข่งขัน Experienced Artists ผลงานต้นฉบับจะต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อ «การเดินทาง» และผลงานในประเภท New Talents จะต้องเน้นที่หัวข้อ «การเดินทางข้ามเวลา». คณะกรรมการตัดสินให้ความสนใจเป็นพิเศษกับการตีความแนวคิดนี้โดยผู้สมัคร ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน Image Festival ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 16, 17 และ 18 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2564
